Has anyone successfully managed to build their own conzult i/f. Im thinking of making one and trying the free version thats out there for realtime engine monitoring.

Yes, they shield the engine & rad underneath, also there are thee parts, drivers/passenger splash guards to. With the Z so low they do get scratched alot!

Worked for me too matey

However I have posess several different pcb designs for the conzult but am not sure which to make for the freeware version.

It doesn't really matter which design you use.

The freeware version should work with all the DIY boards floating around on the net.

 

However, the freeware software doesn't work with the "real" conzult interface as sold with the conzult package and vice versa (the software that comes with the real conzult interface doesn't work with the DIY interfaces)
