I sent my subscription by bank transfer on 13th Jan - shows on my account but i,ve only just realised that it doesnt show me as subscribed user :cry: . Could you please check your account. I beleive I put ref 'ANDYb 300zxUK' or similar as the reference.

AndyB....I sent you a mail explaining as much as I know....

 

Basically my bank had a computer glitch in the earlier part of this year and some transactions are not showing up / have not been actioned. Yours could be one of them as I haven't got anything on my statements showing a £20.00 transaction for that date.

 

The bank are supposed to be contacting me with an updated statement by the end of this week.

 

I'm chasing them every day as it is so hopefully we'll know soon. Sorry for the inconvenience... :(

Good news! The bank have sorted it all out, sent me new statements and yes, your 2 payments are on there.
