I'm due a bit of cash at the end of march.

I've always liked the 300ZX TT Manual

I live in the North East and would be gratefull if a NE member could show me

His :hyper: so that i know what to look for and expect

I'll have about £6000 to spend on a TT any more and the missus will go mental

There are a few people in the North East, but its a big area ;)

 

There is a meeting in the North West on Sunday 29th. You should try to get down if it is not too far for you. I am sure there is at least 1 person from Yorkshire going. It would really do you good to come and see some Zs. You will learn a lot more and you can ask questions and be shown what to look out for.

Yeah, second car could be an option!

If you do a lot of mileage during the week (work & back etc),

they can be thirsty!!(no shit!).

I've got a Transit van!!

2nd car would be good in crappy weather too, keep the z

locked up in the dry! ;)

Reading the forum posts would have you believe that......... :eek:

 

However these cars are essentially reliable, Nissan over-engineering etc. However they are high performance cars which are at least 10 years old now. What's important is to buy a good, well maintained one in the first place. Also many will agree that those with serious performance modifications are the most troublesome.

 

I use mine every day, f**k the fuel consumption (average 18mpg) it's too good to leave in the garage!!. If it bothers you buy a diesel VW !!! :tongue:

 

There are some good ones for sale here on the forum, which would have been looked after by enthusiasts with a hive of ZX knowledge at their disposal.

 

Once you drive one, you'll be hooked. Good hunting, mate

I'm just down the road really in Whitley Bay. Mine's an NA rather than a TT and I'm no engineer but will help out if I can. I looked at quite a few before I got mine. Lets just say the quality varies a hell of a lot!!

I am in Washington and have a Red 91 H Plate Manual Twin Turbo.

 

I have had it since June last year and as I have three cars and a Hoose up for sale looks like I might have to sell !...gulp.

I got mine coming up for sale in three weeks when my new one arrives although Im a bit more of a trek for you .. near london but hey, I travelled all over the country to find mine!!

Its a 1991 Silver in GORGEOUS condition with real expensive deep dish Volks racing alloys, Turbo timer and huge sounds. Its a T-top twin turbo with 53k on the clock. Deristricted and serviced three weeks ago. Car will go with a full years MOT and Im looking for around £4950m as its a real good-un.

i know you want a TT manual. I have a TT auto for sale. its great fun. I too was looking for a manual but decided on an auto as its EASIER to drive i.e. gives you more time to look good for the girls. Anyway, if you change your mind let me know could negotiate a price. check "FOR SALE" section and look for title "another car for sale".

p.s. you have great un with a Zed but another car is always helpful!!!!mostly due to petrol cost (thats what i find anyway)
