Anyone know where I can find the part number for UK rear alloys?

Lent 2 of my old wheels to a mate to take his car into the garage (having smashed 2 of his own). The car was in the garage for months waiting for parts, and now they've lost the wheels! :xxx:

 

Anyone know where I can get the part number for the wheels (other than Courtesy Nissan - their rears are cheaper than the fronts so I'm guessing the rears are not the 7.5s)

    Or use 40300 and the number on the outside of the wheel rims.
