As suggested in another post - Skyline type rear lights for the ZX would look great. However, the Skyline light measures 6" in diameter and the rear light panel of the ZX is only 6" so it means that the whole rear panel would have to be modified to accomodate the Skyline light.

So here are the issues:

1. How many people are up for a Skyline type rear light panel?

2. Is there any expertise within the Forum to come up with a proto-type or a contact who could do the same?

3. Could someone come up with a computorised vision of the rear of the ZX?

If there was a large demand for this rear end - then maybe we could convince Luke from the Z Centre to look into it.

But there's another company I know of called Body Torque - maybe they can help.

So guys and gals - let's see who interested!

Geoff.

Looks good Jaz, but I'm not convinced that they'll fit in that nicely - they're probably a little bigger than you're showing. Now I'm quite prepared to be corrected if they fit!

have you seen the venom rear lights on http://www.zcentre.co.uk ? i have fitted the six pot version and trust me they look fantastic :xxx: everyone says the make the back look 1,000,000 times better well worth the money! (no i dont work for the zcentre) if you need a picture i will post one

Sorry Mike, but I can't say I understand the attraction of the Venoms. It's a good thing that we all like different things, cos our cars would all look the same otherwise! But you can keep em as far as I'm concerned.

LOL Nigel...feel exactly the same about the so called 'venoms'..think they look horrid :x: but again every1 to their own really.

i would probably agree with u mate, regarding them being slightly too small... it would be cool to actually see what one would look like with them on, in the flesh!!

ok so im bored! heres another one....

Sorry to be picky ;) but the Atezza lights are nothjing like the Skyline rear lights. I assume you're also talking about R32/R33 lights, and GTR/GTSt/GTS ones at that? The R34 lights are not a matched pair on each side and I doubt very much whether they would fit a 300 at all. The R32 lights have a smaller housing thatn those on an R33, but both are a matched pair (if you see what I mean).

It depends on what you want in thew way of housings - glass or platic....... or carbon  ? If done properly glass can be very good and will keep the cost down but you'll probably have to get a few people together to approach a fabricator as it's the set-up that will put the cost up.

I'm happy to let somneone come and have a look at mine and see if that helps.
