I went to billing last year but did not have my Z on the stand, what happens about getting my Z on there. It looked great fun and will prob camp overnight for a few :duffer: .

Happy to help anyway I can

cheers

.....wanted to get piccy of me Z here and have attached a jpg but I think that will create a link not a photo ?

Looks like its going to be even bigger, looking at the extra room allocated this year :hyper:

Mark & organisers:

Just a quick question: Last year we managed to place all the Z traders around the Z stand which worked out fantastic! I would like to think that we can do the same this year - can you confirm? I'm going to be sending in the application for a trade stand for DTA-Motorsport in the next week or so and would like to know if there is anything I should expressly state to ensure the space is in the same location as the Z stand.

Cheers!

When I was at the Middlands meet. Some of the guy's said I ought to get my place booked for my car? What do I do who do I speak to etc. Never been before.

I'd like to get booked up early this year too.......:D

Matty.

Hmm. Can I book a parking space again this year, please? I know that's probably gone and jinxed my motor, but hey, it's looking kinda likely I might actually turn up in my 300 this year. Fingers crossed and all that.

Steve will it be you that organises who goes on the stand @ billing this year ?

I would like to come down v early saturday mornin, put the car on the stand and camp that night (maybe one or two :duffer: :D ) and then leave sunday night.

Do I need to fill a form/ send PM or maybe just relax :slap: and it'll all happen in the course of time ?

Cheers

Do we need to book our places? I thought we would just stick all the zeds together.

you dont book parking spaces we just get a plot of land marked out for the club

Paul

are we putting names down already?

count me in :hyper:

If you wanna go you just pay for your tickets now on the prebook form or you can pay a higher rate on the day!

Ok, Scotty a little confused.

Are we paying only for entry into JAE. We then just park in a car park next to every other numpty.

If 300zx.co.uk has a plot, do all members park there or does the forum choose specific cars to be there?

Am I just missing the point or what??

The order form on the jAE site is totally confusing, it's fine if your a trader, and its fine if your a club organiser, but for average joe smoke------------- How much is it??????????????? As far as I could tell it's £15 for one day, is that right, and then there doesnt seem to be a discount on there. I also couldnt find anywhere to pre-book tickets for individuals.

Any clues anyone?

ill be there again this year as last year was really good!

is this the main one in the year at billing??

Jim

There are two parts: Club stand and entry to Billing

Entry to Billing is at the gate or you can order tickets (through the Club) in advance with the event organisers at a discount.

Thanks mate

Who are the organisers that i have to pay

That's the organisers from the 300ZX Club. They have to order them on behalf of the club.
