Starter motor

Think my starter is on its way out. Car starts but the starter sounds like crap. Load tested the battery and all seems well there.

 

If it is the starter, does anyone here have an idea of replacement costs and what is involved?

    i got an after market one for £135+vat IIRC. you could also get it repaired, but if its the drive thats gone then its nissan only replacement, & thats £130 for the part alone!!
