..you should wait until you've taken the hub off to fit these, now that's a heavy thing!!!

did you get that through work B19rks?

Is so is there any change you could get a price for S13 rear bearings. :) They are quite possibly the same as Zed ones actually.

Hi B19rks,

As you work in the trade, please tell me, are Blueprint products any good compared to Nissan OE items.

I just had one of their waterpumps fitted, is was about half the price of the Nissan one....

Thanks

Richard:)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I've used their brake pads when i've been broke and they were fine and incredibly cheap.

A set of pads was only lasting a few months anyway LOL

and while we're hassling you about what you can get... did you get my email?!?! ;)

If it's any help I had an aftermarket water pump for my S13, not sure if it was blueprint but it was pants, infact I had to have it replaced after 800 miles and the replacement only lasted 12months.

I'm now using an OE Nissan item, was only about £5 more.

There's some bits I wouldn't replace with anything other than the stock parts because of the work involved/damage if it fails...

As far asI know about blueprint, im told they are extremly good, will let you know after the wheel bearing has done a few thousand miles!!

As for getting other bits, i get a very good discount on bits, but as ive only been there a few months I cant go abusing the privellege yet, sorry.

Fair point, Chris.

But the stock part must be pants if it lasts only 60K miles. I never needed to replace the waterpump on either of my Supras and the first one covered 165K on original engine/turbo etc.
