In memory of Mandy

cold running

My car runs a bit 'missy' for the first mile or so in the morning. It feels like a cylinder keeps dropping out for a few seconds now and then. It hasnt always done this its only started the last few months.

Please tell me there is a very quick and very cheap fix

Yeah, mine has done this on occasion, but only when parked outside and it has been cold/damp. So the solution could be to park it in the garage or start looking for a high tension connection that needs spaying with ignition sealer.

Push all the coil connectors down on the clips. I've had this too.

Me too! But interesting what you said about being parked outside though Andy. Will see if it makes any difference to mine when I get her back and she has a nice garage to live in! Out of the hideous Welsh winter...yuk!

Also, NEW WIRING LOOM...PETE, DID YOU GET THAT...I SAID NEW WIRING LOOM...LMAO!
