Hallo all - I have had a couple of good recommendations about bodyshops. Dosthill Bodyshop in Tamworth which does a lot of work for Zedworld's customers. Also FG Accident Repair in Nottingham which does a lot for Z Centre's customers.

PPS has an awesome rep but is too bloody far so please don't suggest it! I can't afford the time to flatbed it up there and fly back (plus that's not cheap).

I need someone who has a knowledge of Zeds and can do accident repair not just respray. The above two are the closest I have found to Heathrow.

This is only a request for info not a firestarter - so please feel free to pm/e-mail instead of posting.

TIA - Gio

Hey....

FG stuck my 99 spec front bumper on and did an unbelivable job of fitting and blending the paintwork in. I would recommend Frank deffo and will be using him again.

The shop associated with Zedworld put my new rear low level spoiler on and a very good job was made. I have noticed (on very close inspection) two tiny runs but overall a very very good result. If you didn`t know any better, you would think the spoiler was standard on the car which ain`t bad, especially considering the mess left behind after removing a 13 year old oem rear spoiler. I am happy and would certainly use again.

Never been to PPS

I now own Jez's old motor and must say that I too am less than impressed. Some bits are ok and other parts of the car give you the impression they couldn't be arsed.

Thank y'all.

Isn't it strange how quality can vary from job to job? I'm quite prepared to believe (having seen examples) that both can do good work but also clearly there have been problem jobs.

Hmmmmmm perhaps I should just toss a coin!

Cheers - Gio

Just my 2p worth,

I have just got mine back from having a full respray with Dosthill (If that is who Jeff uses). It looks truely fantastic. The quality is amazing, I shall try and post a pic or two after lunch. :)

Or go to PPS:D;)

When I got my front spoiler from Z Centre it was fitted and sprayed by FG and he did a good job.

I used a local guy for the rear spoiler earlier in the year because I couldn't be bothered travelling so far and the inconvenience involved.

Geoff.
