Head Up Display gauges

Anyone got any experience of using these, specifically the 'Defi' ones ( see http://www.defi-shop.com/product/vsd/bt/bt_top.htm )

Quite interested in a combination of the Sports VSD & Boost & Timer units.

 

I've wanted a boost gauge for a while but have waited in the hope of finding one of these as I don't really want extra pods on the dash or pillars.

 

Are they bright enough to use in strong daylight ?

 

Seem quite good value at £101 & £114 for the 2 mentioned above.

    Yeah I had the speedo in my FTO, they are very bright & should be fine in daytime. Only time it might be difficult to see is if bright sunlight was directly behind you, but IRRC it wasn't a big issue.

    Deffo recommend them, very cool.

    Yes pete they do, in a little digital display, like those alarm clocks which shine the time on your ceiling!
