I live in Camden, London. Anyone could recommend me a good 300zx mechanic, I am reluctant to take it to normal one. Just need a major service and tune up. Prefer one in central london. Help!!!!

Hi Donald,

ย

I'm not too far away from you, I live near Brent Cross. I personally wouldn't take my car to a main dealer around here. Last week my nearest main dealer told someone they had to pull the engine to change the water pump:eek:

I've got a mechanic who's ex Nissan and owns a Z who works on my car, I could ask him if you want?

Hi Donald -

ย

Yeah I suffer from the same sort of problem. I used Mark Kass in Camden for my 200SX, and it turned out to be very expensive in general. The service is pretty good though.

I'm not sure why but I've never wanted them to do the 300ZX. I've always taken mine to Jeff TT's place (Zedworld) up near Tamworth, but that's because I have friends and relatives in the midlands that I can stay with (and because I think Jeff does a great job).

One other thing I can say is that Vijay definitely knows what he's talking about, and I'd happily take my motor to a mechanic recommended by him.

Probably see you around, crawling over the speed-humps of central/north london!

Russ.

Thanks Russ.

ย

Donald, I will ask him tomorrow.
