i keep noticing my petrol gauge dropping when driving - im sure i have a leak but cant find it, i almost run out completely the other day. fortuanatly i found a "petrol station" & pumped some in. its very expensive & dont want to have to keep doing this - any suggestions?? :confused:

Seal the air intake and exhausts to stop anything getting in or out.

This will stop the petrol going down but it may take you longer to get from one place to another.

if u reduce mass u will lose less, as the solid mass absorbs petrol and converts it into torque.

You might have noticed the very loud noises and vibration that occur when you turn your ignition key? Something to try is to only turn the key to the position before this happens. This will unlock the steering wheel and let you move the car (you'll have to push it, unfortunately) but I've found that you get much better mpg this way.
