Dont laugh but i did my usual trick again ......... brought with my heart instead of my head.

Just gettin a 300zx tt jap import... it appears to be tuned to the nuts... scared me shitless on the test drive. All appears to be running well..at the moment(had the sense to insist on a years labour and parts warranty)

My problem is that ive never run one of these b4 and couldnt even begin to guess what mods have been made. Need someone who is local to me (Peterborough) who will be able to tell me what has and hasnt been done to it too at least give me a starting point tob work from.

Any body recommend someone???

You can tell most your self or take pictures and show us and we will be able to tell if it is stock or a modification as mods tent to have their name written on it.

Also when the engine is warm, floor it and notice how far up the boost gauge goes. If it goes over 9psi, the boost has been increased. As for modifying the chip, you cant really tell without opening up the ECU.

But take pics of stuff and show us.

If you've never had a 300ZX TT before, how do you know that it's been modded with nothing to compare to? TT's are quite grapid...hence the TT really.

As suggested....take pictures and then someone on here will be able to tell you if it's standard (and just normally fast) or modded.

:)

If it only scared you shitless then it is too slow. You have to loose control of all of your functions to be really scared enough!! LOL

Post some picks, we'll all have a go at identifying the mods for you.

LOL..nah...my family have used "grapid" for as long as I can remember.

Same as I occasionally also use "Gezackly" - Exactly, "Presiskly / Preslicley" - Presicely and "Absofruitly" - Absolutely.

:D
