Firstly, is it an import? Some insurers won't touch those, preferring to stick with UK Spec.

 

Is it over 10 years old? Firebond do a classic car policy.

 

Is it a 2nd car or a main one - ie - limited mileage will bring down your insurance.

Try AON on 01384 552700. If you've got a garage (which unfortunately I haven't), I think they can do you a classic limited mileage policy. They charge me £880, which although isn't the cheapest, is still about 800 quid cheaper than I can get it anywhere else (I;ve got a central Wolverhampton post code which is, apparently, high risk....oh yeah...now I know why...it's
