Light problem - need help asap lol

okely dokely, i switch my lights on and it goes straight to Brights?

Also i have lost my clocks lights at the same time?

 

Relay? if so where do i look ?

    This happened to mine last year and it was one of the fuses in the fuse box in engine passenger side by yer hard pipe, the lid says which one.
