DaveW
Went shopping for new 18's with SRRAE today- thanks for the patience mate  I am amazed how difficult it is to get wheels to fit a zed, the biggest problem is that of brake caliper clearance. Anyway, I've got my eye on a set of these :- http://www.carnoisseur.com/store/images/products/p033_Autopart_HiOctaneH109_lrg.jpg What do you think??? The only problem is that the widest size they have is 8"- any ideas on the widest tyre that I can get to fit on these? Cheerz, Dave
MAC 1
I like the wheels Dave, but 8 is smaller than you got now.Go 9 at least or 10" on the rear if you can;)
DaveW
Yeah I don't want to pay out for narrower than stock. I was hoping to go 18x8 front and 18x9 or 18x10 rear, with 235/40/18 front tyres and 265/35/18 on the rear. I'm having real problems finding wheels to fit a Z in the sizes above. I've tried the Z Centre, but not seen anything I've really liked. Can anyone suggest some other shops/sites to try? Cheerz Dave

ChrisC
There's Motion Styling in Bradford where Macca, Timmy Turbo and I got our Azevs from: http://www.motionstyling.co.uk/ They are very helpful and wheels are just about all they sell. Tell them I recommended them so I get a free set of Blitz 19's ;) They should remember me as last time I was there I left sideways on the rev limiter as they wanted to see what it would do :D LOL
DaveW
Cheerz Mac, these would be ideal:- I'm just off to hold-up the nearest Post Office to afford them  Dave

ttop
i may be wrong but jag wheels dont have the same stud pattern, ours are 4.5, jag wheels are 4 and three quarters stud pattern!
DaveW
I've been outbid for those Blitz alloys on ebay :( But thanks to BigRoy, I could have made an expensive mistake:- he told me that the hub centre on a Z is bigger than on the Soop and I'd need big spacers, plus new nuts to go with them. This may have upset the handing. So in they end they may have been a lot of trouble to fit, thanks for the info bud ;) So now I'm back at square one  Dave

DaveW
LOL Paul. I can't believe how piss-poor the choice of rims for a Z is in this country. Looks like I may have to import from either Japan or the US  Dave

Geoff
Dave, I see Azev have a new wheel out, and it may be close to the styling you are looking for? Motionstyling were recommended in the above posts, but I can also recommend the Azev UK distributor - DTMotorsport (John Cannon on 01708630528) who gave me a very good price on the A's, but delivery viz pick-up may close the gap. Did I get the styling right? Geoff
