I used to like cats, now I hate them for these 2 reasons...................................

You spend £££££££££ on your garden, and the little twats piss all over your new plants and kill them.

You tie up your bin bags and they rip them to shreds, resulting in bloody bin waste all over your garden:(

cats I just love them LOL;)

Only 2 reasons mac?????

what about

Huge scale destruction of wildlife, birds, frogs etc

Allowed to roam unattended onto your property

Try to steal fish from my pond

Screeching and howling at night

You can fall off your motorbike if you hit one

and they always give you dirty looks.

Forgot about the screeching at night,I hate that too but I don't have a pond;)

Mine was a long haired jobbie, that made it to nearly 20 years too, It was a miserable bugger that didnt really like people much, but i loved her!!

Had mine book in at the vets as she was getting really frail but she died that day, still she hung on for hours till i got back from work so i could see her.

My mum had to nurse her all day and she didnt even like the damn cat!!!

Still better than what happened to my neighbour, they had theirs kidnapped, to be fair it looked like it was mis treated or something, but it wasnt, it was just very mangey looking (they had spent hundreds possibly even thousands on vets bills for it, and two do gooder women came up the street, asked one of the neighbours who had only just moved in if she knew whos cat it was, when she said no they lured it into a box with some salmon and it was never seen again.

Forgot to say what I dont like about cats,

One of the neighbours cats jumped in my car window (when i had my nova) and clawed my dash up.

They think a warm zed bonnet is a nice place to sleep!!

LMAO :D

im not a cat lover, i love animals but would never get a cat, they are far to independant and have no personality compared to a dog or a nice big ligevaane (lizards who eat cats bwhahaha)

Came out this morning and next doors cat had been hit by a car, she had two the one that was killed was always coming I our place, it got on with the three we've got.

Cats are ace, dogs are shite & useless. IMO of course. :)

1 cat a Bastard called Alfie but I love him.

Cats are great, always had dogs before but now I would never be without a cat again.

Paul

I think you can probably guess where I'm coming from :D

Rosie (black and starred in a Kit-e-Kat ad); Genevieve (black), Paddy (black), Cho-cho-san (black), Pudim (black half Siamese), Toby (tabby), Webster (tortie/tabby), Bosie (ginger). All now departed sniff sniff.

We are currently owned by Basil (tabby), Sibyl (black) and Quelazure Amontillado (chocolate point).

Girls and Hippies :D

I saw a survey the other day to try and find out why the sparrow is now virtualy wiped out in this country......yep, good old Tiddles!!

What other animal kills other animals for fun and not for food?

Good old Tiddles again!!

Shall we move this to fight club!! :D :D

My cats are great hunters - fortunately they tend to stick to the wild rabbits in the fields which manages to keep them under control. They do occaisonally come back with birds, mice, moles and rats though. Shrews too, although they don't eat them as apparently they taste bitter...

I must say Tony,It's not very nice when you see them with small birds they just nicked from a nest that can't even fly.

Yea and they don't even eat them:(Thats about as fair as sticking a cat in a cage with a hungry Pitbull:D;)

Wheely bins = no waste

Plants are fine

Neighbours cats tend to keep clear because the garden is our cats territory (so if cats are crapping in your garden, get a cat of your own!)

We keep ours in at night to save the local wildlife

Neighbours don't have a fish-pond, we do - and its got net covers to protect from the local herons so the kitties don't stand a chance.

They don't go near the Z as they associate it with going to the v - e - t to have pointy things stuck into them or a thermometer shoved up their... :D

Touch wood they haven't caught a thing for years - especially since we got one of those collars which has an alarm on it if the cat moves too quickly.

Weve all seen the movie CATS AND DOGS - we know who the evil ones are :D

And where do you see cats making a contribution like dogs?

ever seen a Guide cat lmfao?:D

LOL Why do 9 out of 10 cat owners tell lies LMAO:D

I have a cat or cat's and it or they dont do any of that;)

LOL, Our cats are little bastards. :)

A mystery collection of wildlife appeared over the last few weeks on our patio...

2 newts, a snake (all alive and released back into the woods behind the house) a few dead birds and a dead rat.

For them to leave you their kill is the greatest sign of affection they can show apparently.

Here I love you, have this dead rat. How romantic.
