I have a 91 300zx tt the ecu has a sticker on it it reads as follows :

car shop

esprit

racing spirit

it has a scoked eprom (IC5) labeled up as Z32 K4

Is this standard or is it a upgraded eprom ?

any information would be welcomed

That certainly sounds like an upgraded chip - try removing the ecu cover and seeing if the chip is socketed - if it is then it certainly isn't standard, the stock chip is soldered in ;)

yes it has a scoketed eprom is there anyway i can find any more information all i have is what looks like a company name and the detials listed above.
