SPECCS! F**K my 300 TT off, I'm off to get a Blackbird!!!

You're never going to believe what I'm about to enlighten you about, but this is not a wind-up!!!

 

Just been reading about SPECCS system on that website I posted up earlier. The guy who runs the site is the leading authority on speed detection systems in the UK, and has been round Europe also checking out other systems in use.

 

Anyway, check this, SPECCS cannot catch speeding bikers...FACT! At the time the system starts being rolled out only four wheeled vehicles will be vulnerable. SPECCS takes a photo of the front of the speeding car/truck etc.

 

Bikes don't have number plates on the front! Apparently car drivers are being victimized with this system, and the official line is that the government don't really care about letting the biking community slip through the net!

 

So, bike test booking asap as have CBT certificate and passed my written exam recently(39/40) and then it's off to get a Blackbird!!! Yipppeeeee!!! Cars are too expensive to run these days anyway...LOL!

    A mate of mine has just sold his R1 and got an older FireBlade (CBR9) as he wanted a car , I tried and tried to tell him to get a 300zx but he's gone and bought a Gt300 (Non turbo) .

     

    DAMN SHAME . His loss thats what i say smile.gif
