IIRC you fold the seat forward detatch the carpet from the back of it (mine was velcroed on I think) then unbolt the backrest. After this I think the lower section just pulls out.

Its ages since I took out my seats so I'll check the bits tonight just to make sure I'm not talking shite:rolleyes:

    Jeese I'm good then I can do it in about 3 minutes (with a standard 10mm socket set)
