Do you recognise this man?

Driving down the M4 Eastbound in a red Zed wearing a light blue T-shirt and fair/ginger hair at about 6:30ish last night.

 

Also saw another red zed (or possibly same one) driving Eastbound this morning at 6 ish.

 

That anyone here?
