WANTED - OEM dipped beam connectors with rubber covers

Does anyone have a pair of the OEM dipped headlight connector plugs, complete with the rubber covers please?

I removed mine when I fitted HIDS back in 2009 and can't find them anymore.... Plus I modified the rubber covers to fit the HID upgrade and look OEM, so they'd be no good if I reverted back!

I've just bought a pair of Osram LED H3 bulbs as I would like to compare them with the HIDs ๐Ÿ˜‰ย

Thanks!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Hi Richard, I cannot understand how Nissan put such poor low beam lights on the Z!

I fitted HIDs some years back then my garage failed it on them.

I got fed up with changing them back & forth!

might be worth getting a new sat as my ballasts are big so not easy to hide

I know mate - I guess it was the tech available at the time.... ๐Ÿ˜ž

I'm happy with the HIDs and have never had any issues at MOT time - I hide the ballasts under the nose panel ๐Ÿ˜‰ย However, I saw the genuine Osram H3 LED bulbs for ยฃ35 and thought I'd give them a try, just to compare with the HIDs and report back here..... They look nice quality - way better the Chinese stuff on Ebay - which are fine in my DRLs, but probably not up to the job for head lights!

Are these legal to use in the UK?

Same status as aftermarket HIDs.... ๐Ÿ˜‰

But with the Zed having projector beams, it will come down to the tester spotting you have aftermarket bulbs installed.ย
