Needs to be cut out and new panel fabricated and welded in. Find the best autobody welder you can and they will go over the car and fix the rot. Don't try to do this on the cheap, it will only return in the future.

    Yeah targa was blocked and also broken inside the car at the bottom for god knows how long so there is some rust behind the fender also on both sides and floor too... Anybody in ireland know a good place that could tackle these ?
