DVLA 14 years off the road.

My cars been off the road for 14 years and now it's  nearly ready. It's been in storage and i have moved several times.I have the origional log book but a few years ago i tried to sorn it and it wouldn't let me. I think i must of been sent a new log book to my old address.  How do i re register it to get it back on the road? Has anybody else had this same problem?

    Apply for a new log book and then go to your old address and pick it up. Then do an address change a few weeks later

    Just a little update. Filled in a V62 form and changed the address to my new one, stating I'd lost my V5 log book. New log book has arrived, with my new address on, no questions asked.
