Hi there. Her name is Audrey. ? She have 113.000kms (~70500 miles). Left hand drive, manual ofc. It is mostly stock (just an aftermaket exhaust (i don't know the brand) and xenon headlights, as far as i know, huh). She has never slept outside, no rust anywhere. Servicing have been done at Nissan and at a Porsche garage, i have everything on paper but it is in dutch... That's about everything i know. Seller was not messing around, he was selling Veyron's and a lot of much more expensive luxury / sports cars in Holland. Made him change the driving belt, fuel pump & stuff anyway. 'Paid around 20k€ for the car so...

I don't plan to build a monster with it, but y'know, just let it breath & some little tweaks here and there. She does'nt always start right away at 1st ignition, may have to check that out. Idk at how many rpm's turbos are supposed to engage, but it seems a little slow for my taste (around 3500-4000). There's no fluids leak anywhere afaik, she's just hungry on brake fluid. Just bought her some yummy TRW DOT4, now she's looking at me "can i haz some pleez?". Cute.

Me? Oh I'm Charles, 44, I live in Waterloo, Belgium. See ya.

Here are some pics, hopefully the link is working: https://imgur.com/a/pZX1K6G

Haha, welcome to the club Charles. It seems like Audrey is in good hands. ?

That does seem quite a high RPM for stock turbos but I can’t remember what RPM peak boost generally is. The 2 issues may be related with the starting issue if you have an air leak somewhere in the system. A smoke test or boost leak check would be a good maintenance task to eliminate this possibility.

Welcome to the club Charles… hope all goes well with the zed. ?

Welcome to the Club Charles and the start of your Z32 adventure!

If you put your VIN into the search field you can find out the factory build date and spec:

You can also use the Conzult diagnostic software running on a windows PC to display the ECU fault codes and real time

A free Windows version is available to get started and covers most of the stuff needed (engine related)

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and for the many useful tips, links and advices! Feels good to see such a nice community about the Z32. Sometimes Audrey feels lonely in the middle of all those Supra's, & the like. She has some 200sx and Skyline's little sisters but that's about it around here.

Now if you'd excuse me, i have to buy her some new shoes, mainly to keep the stock ones unmolested. Probably some 18" Rota GTR Bronze, looking for juuust the right size. Will check if i have to do something to the suspensions beforehand so she doesn't look like a frog about to pounce. ?

I will keep you updated from time to time. Peace. ?
