We are planning a meetup and drive on Sunday 26th July 2020. I know this is Simply Japanese day, but as tickets are limited to 500 and everything in the grounds is closed, I sadly decided to give it a miss this year. Instead Naz and I have planned a trip out around the East Sussex area ending with a picnic in Crawley!

We are going to meet about 10am on Eastbourne seafront for a meet and greet (at 2m distance of course!), then set off on a little route I have planned on some nice roads to Tilgate Park in Crawley where we will have a picnic lunch. People can then drive home at their own leisure. 

Parking on Eastbourne Seafront can be a pain, but 10am on a sunday should be ok if we meet more towards the western end past Western Gardens and the Wish Tower.

Make sure you bring your own lunch and drinks to avoid sharing/contamination!

The more the better and would be good to meet more club members so come along if you can [emoji1417]

After reading the other post about Beaulieu, Julia and I were thinking of going to Simply Japanese if there was a club interest - however if we can get a few more coming along to this, then let's do it. Should be more social than Beaulieu and I do like a picnic with friends.

b)no club stands

c) sold out

so lets all do this instead

Yup - sure is..... so this does sound even lore like a plan

With good weather I do like a drive through the English countryside and picnic. Thanks to Nips and Naz for organising the day.

I will try and make this.

Would be great if you both could come along Andrew and Bones [emoji1417]. With the lack of events elsewhere, the only events that’ll be going ahead are ones that us club members arrange, until this all blows over.

That's a shame but understand the circumstances. My bad leg has only just sorted itself out a week ago. Hope you get well soon.

Apologies, but we're going to have to pull out of this one too - it's been a long week for Julia and me, so we've decided to stay local and take it easy today..
