Time for a clearout of the old Events and Meetings sub forums.

Too many to list and with the loss of so many zeds over the years we have combined many of the sections.

In order of appearance we now have the following :

General Area Announcements

National Events

Scotland

Wales

Ireland

England - North (North East, North West, Yorkshire and the Humber)

England - Midlands (West Midlands, East Midlands and the East of England)

England - South (South West, South East and London)

If your much like me and your geography is crap, here is a nice little map :

And to follow on with the new areas i think we should run a club census on each area to give us an

idea of the membership base around whats left of the UK.

I've started a new poll which doesn't have a end date and allows us all to see where we are.

Christ, I can’t believe how many votes this has had. If we had anywhere near these numbers turn up to events, it’d be like the old days!

I'm in Munich, Germany. Maybe we all just left the country?? London would be 'my area' though, since I guess I've spent more time there than anywhere else in the world.

Im still unsure as to which area i fall in to. It doesnt help that my area is literally on the borderline of both the east of england and the south/london etc, so i opted for the london area as i cant choose both!

Im not far from london, also not far from the other bordering area of east Anglia and east midlands!

I do attend the south east and kent Z meets held by mike feeney as regular as possible, so london area it is!

We dont have a London area Paul. London comes under the south of England imo.

Putting your name down for one area dosen't preclude you from participating the other area.

She's so fine, there's no tellin' where the money went - Simply irresistible.

I didnt think it did, it is just difficult to select an area when the dividing line runs straight through the centre lol..

Im gobsmacked by the attention this thread has drawn from around the world!

Keep them coming.

Exactly!!

I am geographically in the South - hence ticked that option - but with regards meets, it's probably quicker for me to associate with the Midlands guys.... The M40 moves faster than the M25, for sure...

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
