Please can someone advise me where I can get an OEM MAF sensor but not lose an arm/leg. There's cheap ones on FleaBay but researching this forum advises that as a No No. I've tried the most popular (official) place, but for way too much for a MAF at £300+

UK sources are expensive. You can try Z1. They're $248 which is about £190 plus shipping and any tax which will push it to around £250. You're unlikely to get a brand new boxed genuine one for much less.

I got a genuine one from Australia in the end on ebay. Cost around 130 total after all fees which i remember at the time thinking 100 for a used one is crazy price still.

Thank you everyone for the replies. Being quite desperate last week I purchased an original OEM one for £290! Here's the worst bit though, took the Zed for the MOT and opened the nose to firstly replace the MAF, which simply was unplugged :(

Oops.....!!

Still, now you know their value, you could sell it - after subscribing, of course - and recoup some of your losses:wink:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
