Hi! Just after some quick advice or recommendations. I picked up a second car so I can keep the mileage and winter damage off the zed, when the time comes to wrap up for the winter I'm just wanting to know what is best practice. It will be getting kept on a drive way and I'll be purchasing some kind of waterproof cover and disconnecting the battery. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Also prior to this I'm wanting to take her somewhere for an annual service, I think Jimmer is a bit far from me to be going down for a service so wondering if there are any recommended places up north? And what should be maintained during the annual service?

Thanks guys :)

Top up the tank and overinflate the tires. Maybe add some fuel stabilizer or fill up with 98ron, that's what I do.

Remember to go over the fuel hose clamps when you bring it out of hibernation again.

Also get a breathable cover or make sure there is absolutely no moisture underneath it when you wrap it up, moisture will cause rust...

Putting it under a cover is not always a good idea if it's outside, moisture just gets trap underneath.

As long as the car is cleaned fully then waxed/coated with some protection the paintwork will be fine, same with rubber/plastic trims coat and protect.

You can buy those Crystals that come in a small plastic container, I can't remember what they are called but you can put them inside your car, it keeps the damp and moisture out and it works

Dehumidifiers. Just make sure you take them out before you go driving, I didn't and it fell over and leaked on to my carpet...!

Silica Gel packets, same as what you get in your new shoes. But get the bigger versions here.
