Just to make people aware I will be putting my Slicktop NA manual up for sale very soon! with most of the bits I bought for it that I spent an absolute fortune on. I want to move on to something else now after terrible experience I've had recently with trusting someone... I've lost all interest in it now!

 

I'm super busy at the moment but I should have some free time in the next couple of days so I will try to list as much as I can which is quite a bit of stuff I will be selling that I got from CZP Arizona.

Mate, I've read your posts about the car and I truly feel for you.

It's horrible building yourself up to something then having it all pulled out from under you.

For what it's worth this is my opinion.

Sell the car by all means, but take a deep breath and hang on to the parts for a little bit longer.

Selling everything while its still raw you run the risk of making a massive loss on the parts and then having sellers remorse in a few weeks when it's calmed down emotionally.

The guys on here are all pretty decent and would, I reckon say the same thing, but also shove a bargain in front of us and someone will take it.

Would it not be worth getting it repainted in silver? I know it's more money but it will be a decent example then. Or just sit on it for a bit?

I've just seen on your other post you're £8k into it, so maybe not wise to spend more money on it. I still wouldn't rush into selling up.

I've not been on here much recently so just catching up on what's happened. I feel for you for how you've been treated but I'd take a few weeks to think about it.

 

With you looking at selling the parts , I assume you've changed your mind on importing another Zed from a different importer now?

 

Definitely hold on to at least the parts for now I'd say, as the time taken to research and order the parts plus the loss on the parts and delivery is a lot on top of what you've already been through.

If Garry Warren ie Gazwoz had any common decency as an official so-called club Importer he would offer to buy back this z32 that he imported! I would never have handed over the money to him if I knew the state of it I trusted Him as I thought he knew what he was doing...

 

I'd like to bring it tomorrow so everyone can see the z32 but for unseen circumstances I can't attend unfortunately. But I will say what goes around comes around!

 

I'm also seeking legal advice now and will be taking legal action against him! I'm not going to let him get away with this, the more I think about it the more wound up I get!! :2guns:

I'd be very sure of your ground before starting any legal action. You could well be throwing good money after bad.

 

The defence that gazwoz would use was that you, on your own admission, contacted the seller and agreed the price.

I must’ve missed that bit where you said that? Makes me wonder even more what the importer actually did during this process!
