Hi everyone,

Was wondering if anyone can help I sent off my Control light Pod to have my LED light conversion done to Groover which I have used him before with no issues, I sent it off to him and got one reply from him on the 28th February to say he has received it and will get it sorted and posted out, I've sent numerous messages and no reply which is very strange and worrying as he has never done this before, does anyone know if he is OK or if something has happened to him, any info would be great. Thank You

I hope your right and he's OK which is the main thing, if you can that would be great. Thank You

I think he is busy with a new job but will try to find out if he can be contacted.

He is indeed - hence I haven't heard from him for some time. I have meant to call Graham for a while now, but the days have just flown by....

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Hi Danny,

FYI, I spoke with Graham this afternoon. He is indeed alive and well - and as I thought, very busy with his new job. To the point that he is pretty shattered when he gets home, hence has not really been on the forum much!

Graham actually brought up your light pods in conversation mate. He has also been doing work on his own house - and only the other day, realised that he still had your bits after so long; so sends his apologies.

He should certainly be back online soon - and will no doubt be in touch!

No mate nothing yet. How are you messaging him?

Just private messages, but Richard has spoken to him now as seen on the other message. Thanks

28th February 2018 ( Part received for conversion )

1st June 2018 ( Enquired about whereabouts )

8th December 2018 ( Still no word )

So I cannot help you, but I have had dealings with Groover in the distant past and he was always been nothing less than a gent to me, I can only assume there is something that we do know about ( or need to ) which is a problem.

Might be best to put it down to one of life`s little swerves in the road and whilst your patience has been commendable, it might be less bother to let it go, maybe Groover will surprise you for Christmas and if he does that is great ! ( hope he is ok ) if not I am sure the parts can be sourced and find some tech bod to convert another pod for you ( any takers ?)

Im with you on this one Jeff.

I dont condone it.

BUT following on from this I have dug out two pods. Slight difference. Push button/no push button on stalk??

Im not sure which one is needed but Im happy to donate one to move the situation along.

I would just like the £3.90 postage covered thats all.

The push button is for headlamp wash which is what I have fit on my JDM, doesn't do anything....I have to wash therefore my headlights by hand !!

Still no activity from Graham I'm afraid Danny. Richard has spoken to him and he is very busy with work but we hoped he would get in touch with you.

I met Graham in September when I was on The Island - he was busy with work and re-fitting his own house - but certainly remembered your parts Danny. I am surprised he hasn't come good, to be honest - he was also going to try and get over for the NEC show - but sadly has done neither...

I'll give him a ring tomorrow.....
