Does anyone have these wheels, need some help deciding between Rota style and 5 spoke

Guys,

3rd post of the day but need some advice! I have bought a set of wheels that I don't like on the car so.........I am looking at two different sets.

The first is the easier option I guess as they come in 19's meaning I can keep my brand new tyres lol (Rota Grid type wheels)

The 2nd set only come in 18's but I think are the preferred,

What do you guys reckon and does anyone have similar on their car?

Cheers dudes!

18s look better anyway imo with some exceptions.

I do feel like the rota grid, volk GTR etc etc type of wheels are a bit overused nowadays, so having something different will make you stand out more.

Rota....eeoooww.

The DARE wheels look like OZ wheels. I guess they're not real split rims?

I'd also keep an eye out on high quality forged wheels rather than a new set of cheap fake wheels.

Although they need a mild refurb, these are a bargain for example.

I do like the Dare wheels more!

Cant afford forged really with other plans for the car Si, maybe longer term :)

Im with alic on this one. 18s. IMO

I dont like the first set you posted with a 90 degree bend in the spoke.

My vote goes to the 19"s - Not super interesting but anything looks good with Rotas.

Just my opinion, but I think the first set look fragile with those 90* spoke angles, the Z is a heavy, powerful car and I'd be nervous driving around on those. Have you seen some of the stories online of lads who had wheels break up at speed??

The second set look like OZ replica's and at least they'd tie in better with the car.:thumbup1:

I’m not a big fan of the first set (can’t put my finger on why) and I think the second set are a bit soft looking for the 300 which has harder sharper lines.

Rota....eeoooww.

I agree - which is why I also thought of those for my own Zed... However they just didn't come in the right offsets for a Zed - so since I didn't fancy spacers, I chose these:

Custom drilled and choice of offset - 9.5x18 and 8.5x18 for £847 (rims only).

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Right guys, thank for all your comments. To go completely off track but I think I have found the set, IMO they suit the dad's lines well.......what do you think? They are VMR's.
