So who watched this?

The wife has the heighlights on now (so I’m reading Si rebuild #4 post again) and looking for any other subtle was to distract myself whilst trying to stay engaged enough to “oh and ar” at the right time.:innocent:

sorry i dont get the royal wedding fascination its a couple getting married who i dont know, so sorry its like mr and mrs smith down the street getting married could'nt give 2 hoots :tank:

Whilst I didn't watch it, I like our Royal Family. Their legacy and history bring millions and millions of pounds to UK tourism and overseas assets. It's what makes the UK unique and stand out. I support their existence and what they do as a lot of it is for charitable reasons. Yes, they're are a few flies in the ointment such as Prince Andrew, but overall, they are a great asset to the UK and its economy.

Also agreed.....!

And whilst I had no interest in the wedding myself, I completely get how good such events are for our country.....

…….Plus it took some attention away from 22 overpaid, sub-intelligent, ponces kicking a ball around a field for 90 minutes...

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

I am a bit of a royalist, I do get mocked for it by friends, but its a part of our history and heritage. Nowadays the younger generations of royals do get real jobs and do help out (such as flying helicopters etc) so to me atleast they seem to help out with the country and try to fit in, more so than some other very very rich people.

My wife watched the wedding and I half watched it while playing GT sport, we also watched this after:

Jonathon pie is brilliant and his other videos (especially his early ones) are well worth a watch! Please be advised, there is a bit of swearing... :censored:

I would class myself as a Royalist, I’m certainly not anti, I respect the wealth of experience the Queen in particular holds not to mention them as a brand for tourism. Did I watch, no of corse I didn’t. Us blokes aren’t faffed with weddings esp people you don’t know, I’m married already, so I know what happens... it’s not like there’s a plot twist  but the women like all pomp and glitz.

Yup - in a nutshell Steve....
