As title - there is a classic car show at the IWM Duxford next Sunday.....

....Probably a little too late to book a club stand now (one for our East Anglia contingent to check, maybe; although I know Tony has stepped down as REO....); however as my Zed is still away, I cannot participate. But it does look a good day out - and since I am yet to visit the museum, it gives us a reason to go next weekend!

 

Anyone else thinking about popping along....? Craig, Joel, maybe......??

looks like last friday was the last date to register to attend as a club or exhibitor, and all members attending would need to use the promo code to get their vehicle passes before friday.

Yup - spotted that.... :sad: Apart from the summer date clash - however I'll still be going along as a spectator, so if you're up for visiting as well, we could still meet there!

I doubt they would close the museum for it. General admission to the museum would get you in I reckon with the bonus addition of a car show.

That's what I was thinking.....

 

If you go on their 'site to book advance tickets, they are sold out for the car show event; but you can still book to visit the IWM on Sunday. I find it hard to believe that visitors to the museum would be denied access to the car show though - nonetheless I will telephone tomorrow to ask. Before I decide to buy advance tickets, of course....:wink:

I think I'm going with the 200SX club (because they needed a touch of Z class on their stand) need to check whether I actually got a space or not but always a decent show, and the museum is great.
