Just failed MOT - crack in RH front lower control arm. Grateful for any ideas/advice on where to source one.

Judging by the part number you put in Mike’s trader section, I’m guessing it’s a front lower control arm you’re after? If so the number you have is correct and I would think Mike could supply that for you but you’re better off giving him a call.

 

Alternatively, you could probably source a good used one of these. As long as it’s not rotten (or damaged around the tension rod mounting holes), the only thing that would go wrong is with the ball joint and this can be replaced if required. They are bloody expensive new iirc. Like $200 odd, each side.
