New Trader Donation System

This is now active and will be treated for the moment as in 'Active Testing'.

The general idea is to allow any user to Donate towards the Club on behalf of a Trader.

For fairness I think that the funds go to traders who are already established and have 1 year under the belt.

On the index page you will now see a 'Contribution Goal' towards the bottom of the page.

This is currently set at £200 to cover the year as a general target of 5 x the base fee of £40.

But if a Traders base fee is paid then you can if you wish Donate to other addons like a personal section or banner.

Your donation can be anonymous but we need to know which trader you are putting the funds towards.

Each active trader now has a donate button under there names and also a new Donate button has been add uptop.

I hope this system works out as it may keep the Traders we all love active for much longer.
