Engine mount

I don't suppose anyone has a drivers side engine mount, need one asap and haven't funds for a new one.

    I didn't realise they were not handed, I thought each side looked different. Must be because of deterioration.

    PM the seller and ask if they can send it next-day at your cost.

    I'd just like to say a big thanks to Si and Andrew, both of whom have taken the time to do an eBay search on my behalf to help me out. I don't know either of them so it just shows how much people will go out their own way to help other members!! I'm guilty of reading posts and not taking the time to help when really I could have. Major respect to the club spirit.

     

    Now I wasn't lazy enough to not search myself and I did see both the ads Si and Andrew responded with. I have an engine crane on hire till Sunday, I expected to lift the engine, do the work and drop it back in. I didn't realise my mount was knackered and hoped someone nearby may have one lying about. The one Si posted wouldn't be here in time and the one Andrew posted is being sold by Andy, who I know quite well from a little while back. We used to work together and due to my other work commitments and the pressure coming from Andy, I on purposely withdrew from his calls and messages. So it's a little embarrassing for me to contact him. However I am stuck here so I've bitten the bullet and a message has been sent. The lesson from this is that it pays to treat others well as you never know what the future brings. :pinch: :thumbdown:
