Ok while doing some totally boring skirting board painting late last night this song came on the radio..... by the end of it I was laughing. Famous song by Billy Joel and heard it many times but not in the same way, listen to it on the link and read the verse I think the guy had a Z and wrote the song about it !! .... enjoy

Lucky you, we have been in the UK a month doing a refurb on one of our rentals properties, a week left yet and then heading South until we get to the Algarve !!

Yes the rental market is very buoyant and has been for some years, we have had tenants in this one for over 12 years, we refer to it at the house that keeps giving !!
