Rear numberplate illumination connector

It's been a long day and I'm tired and no doubt being stupid.

 

Just been doing my pre MOT checks and found my rear number plate lights aren't working. Now it has occurred to me that I didn't reconnect them when I put the back bumper back on. However, I can't seem to find the actual connector itself

 

Can someone kindly remind me where it is

    The connector is actually in the boot, or should be. If you take off the centre interior boot trim, look down to the bottom you'll see a grommet. It goes through that.
