I've started taking the bits I'll need for my manual swap from my old zed. Jimmer will be putting them in my new zed, and I want to make sure I get everything I need.

ย

So far I've thought of:

Gearbox, flywheel and clutch obviously

Gearstick and related assembly

Clutch pedal

Brake pedal

Wiring harness that connects under the headlight I think?

Prop

Slave cylinder

Starter motor (or are they the same?)

ย

Is that everything? What have I missed? I've got a feeling I read somewhere the radiators are different, will I need that as well?

As much as I've enjoyed this babble, it hasn't really answered my question  sounds like I have everything then? I will double check with Jimmer but you get a quicker response here and want to know if I need to add anything to my CZP order!

Yea I did thanks, just double checking. Are the transmission plates interchangeable? I think I've got two at the moment and the manual is just one?

They are i believe as i thankfully found out, but the manual one is a full circle with an extra overlapping piece, and the auto is in two halves (top and bottom) i believe

Here is the bottom halve of the auto on top of the manual one.

As far as i can tell they have the same coverage, i think the auto one is in two halves to give better access to the torque converter bolts

The lower portion is removable so you can undo the Torque Converter from the Flex Plate, otherwise you'd be unable to remove the box. ;)
