What is the best oil for my upgrade engine

My z32 full built engine what is the best oil for it mobile 1 0w40

liqui moly 20 w60

 

I live in hot country but at the summer idont use the car to much so iwant the best oil for the engine interior don't care about the weather

    As above good option. I use shell helix 10w40 semi synthetic purely because its a good oil and eurocar parts have it on sale regularly.

    I also use k&n oil filters

    Agree, no need to go fully synthetic, a good branded semi -synthetic will be fine and keep to strict oil change schedule, 3 to 5 thousand miles max.
