Hi mate I'm sure a few guys will come on and help out on your post, I'm sure I've seen comments that the rear calipers are ample for the task, but I'm sure someone will correct me and advise best soon.

I'm running 4 pot calipers with 350mm discs, not a cheap conversion though, brackets, calipers, lines, discs and pads all add up to a pretty penny,

I'm thinking of selling my front 6 pot setup as it's too big for my 18" wheels

yer got the brembo fronts of an evo with adapter plate but couldnt find anyone in uk who makes the adapter plate for same setup on the rear, only place is in oz and they want 450 for some billet adapters that probaly cost them 80 to make well overpriced

Which version do you have? The 320 or 345mm fronts?

Skyline R33 GTR rears I'm sure you will be able to find out it's what ive got waiting to go on

I know about the Alpha ones in Oz also bud. Figured for the cost, I'd go "all out" and do it right, why have 2 piston rears when for a few quid more and a bit of luck on my part, I was able to run 4 piston calipers with 350mm discs:thumbup:

How much are you thinking of selling the front Brembos for Richie?

I'll send you a message on Messenger bud:thumbup1:

Trouble is those are not that common often pretty old and rather pricey for that gain.

Stock; disc size 297x18 piston size 2x 38mm pad size 73x55mm

Skyline; disc size 300x22 piston size 2x 40mm pad size 77x66mm

The mentioned kit uses a 350mm disc and a caliper with 2x40mm pistons and a pad size of 77x66mm. Huge disc for heat and leverage, calipers itself is not very different to the skyline one but those calipers are extremely easy to find and cheap being used on evos 5-9. The only downside is the requirement of a bracket.

If you've got the skyline/350 brembos or Evo ones mated to 320mm discs the skyline ones are probably pretty perfect if you can find them. The other larger ones are pretty beastly and are to compliment the larger Evo style fronts, with the 345mm discs. You will need big wheels to clear, 18" minimum.

So a case of either getting brackets made up or spending some big bucks. Like a lot of decent parts just takes time for them to come up they ain't gonna fall in your lap. Couple of ideas for the OP anyway.

Oh definitely. Get smart or get rich. I ain't getting richer.
