The pubs not been particularly helpful took a few attempts to get a response from them, we can have the large table after 4pm, but they want a £5 deposit per per, i don't know how people feel about this, or of anyone has any alternative ideas of venue?

Thanks I think most places would want something to hold a table, not a problem for me, fiver is cheap enough.

It'll definitely be 20th, im away next week but I'll have some time on Friday to get confirmation from the pub ( or find an alternative in the local are if nessisary)

Unfortunately Botley hill is definitely a no go, don't think they were too interested in a car club meeting there, as they haven't been easy to deal with,

 

The horseshoe up the road is out,

 

There's a gastro pub (white Hart I think) I'm waiting to get back to me as they have room and a good car park.

 

But if anyone knows/ recommends anywhere I'll try to get hold of them.

It's a nice pub with a big car park but inside is very cosy.

Rang the white bear, no management there to confirm, so I've emailed them,

I can do the 20th I believe. And possibly other dates but I'll have to check my shift rota when I get it on the 16th November
