Well it's been a longtime coming but I am looking at get my car resprayed next year. I would ideally like to get this carried out by a local company, but I'm struggling to find anyone that I would be happy to take my car to, and would rather go by someone's recommendation tbh.

If you guys would let me have details of anyone you have used for your resprays I would really appreciate it. Not so hung up about costs, but obviously don't want to pay over the odds! One thing to bear in mind is my car being a wide arch, it has an amount of fibre glass on it, so the shop would need to be familiar in prepping & painting'/fettling' some of the panel work.

Look forward to your comments guys.

My recommendations would be Kraftwork in Chelmsford or Custom Exotics in Harlow. Unfortunately neither are even remotely local to you!

Cheers Joel, both are nearer than BodyMech and Dasstech, lol ( nothing against either, btw)

I can highly recommended the guys at Custom Exotics in Harlow too. You won't meet nicer guys who don't B.S you and they are proud of their work. I think travelling a fair distance to Custom Exotics or Bodymech has got to be worth it if you can trust their work :)

bodymech (boldy) recently had mine done there....the works!

+1

I've had some work done by boldy before and he's got my zed at the moment doing another job. I really recommend him too.
