On Saturday I had a full alignment done on a hunter system

I knew the rear camber and toe were out since fitting all the new suspension arms and shocks.

Now everything is back into spec it drives absolutely perfect and am very happy with it but as I feared now the rear camber is correct it's brought the tyre sidewall much closer to the arch return lip.

It only contacts on those big dips in the road but it's not something I'm prepared to live with.

I'm happy with the ride height and the look of the wheel/tyre in relation to the body so I think rolling the lip is my only option.

I'm open to any suggestions/advice/opinions on this and if anyone has actually rolled the arches themselves with the proper tool I would like to know what the results were regarding paint cracking etc.:thumbup1:

Going to watch some videos on the net and pick up some tips. The car is cringe-worthy on the back roads, horrible scraping noise I'm surprised the tyres are OK!

It's easy peasey, get the paint warm and take your time. Don't jump steps slowly work the lip down. Plenty of guides on YouTube etc.

Really appreciate the offer dan :thumbup1: but I need to sort this before the drive to Beaulieu on Sunday so I've ordered the tool today, should arrive Wednesday so it's a job for Thursday.
