Ok so this is a weird one for me..

After a little bit of revving you'll hear that my exhaust goes much quieter and smoother.. All I did was turn "Auto" on the heat controls on.. And when I turn it off it goes rough?!!

What is it?

Hoping the video works ok..

That is weird. Sounds like an exhaust leak. I wonder if the auto is pushing the revs up just enough to change things.

It's like a very unsettled vibration with the auto off.. I don't even know where to start looking! The exhaust system did have a work up fairly recently(8 or so months.. Only done a few hundred miles) with new custom down pipes, tips and it was checked over then..

Just spent the last 40 minutes poking around.. I have no idea.. Help!

Its because the idle is poor for some reason and pressing the heater button engages the AC clutch so the ficd valve opens to compensate for engine load and raises the idle speed.Could be whole manner of issues causing it though.
