I filled out an online form for exhibitors but they do have a club stand option. I'll start a new thread with the event title and we can get a list together. I'll contact the organisers about a club stand.

Good event for south east zedders, London & Cambridge way.

I thought the same, it kind of bridges 2 regions so could potentially be a reasonable distance for a few members. I have put up a thread with the details and to add names. I will need confirmation of numbers soon as the application has to be done in advance.
