its a very tight fit. but they do go in, i removed the rad overflow bottle and washer bottle and carbon canister to fit mine, you will also need ducts you can use the stock duct but it will only send air to half the cooler am making some for mine, to get the air to the whole cooler. the more clear the air can get in a out the better, you mite get away with just getting rid of the carbon canister. but lets face it whats the point of a bigger cooler if its rammed in tight with other stuff round it, yes you used the stock pipes. here is a pic of the stock vs the uprated to give you an idea IMG_3374.jpg

Would you say it's worth buying? I'm relatively a newbie in terms of what's worth buying or if there's something better in the market

is the car stock ?

For the most part. New exhaust system, replaced turbos but they're no different to stock, new radiator, hicas removed.

Goal is I'm making my way towards a remap for 450bhp

It's ALWAYS worth buying bigger SMICs regardless of whether your car is stock or not. They'll help charge temperature and make the engine safer, the stock SMICs are quite restrictive.

seen as you have done the basics you mite as well, but spend the money maybe on the down pipes and decat

Will these support the 450 bhp goal?

look at it like this all the little bits add up to a big bit

What do you mean by only sending half the air to the cooler?

if you fit the stock duct it only covers just over half the new cooler so you end up with the top of the new cooler getting no air passing through it

Will these support the 450 bhp goal?

Yes. However, there's no flow information, but they are substantially larger than stock. Go too big and you'll have too much of a pressure drop which can have the reverse effect.

For only 450, I'd go with Z1 SMICs - I don't really know much about the ZCentre ones. They look like copies of the larger Ashspec Massivs.

I'm trying to go through ZCentre for delivery purposes as I'm home from university for the next 4 weeks so sooner i can get it here sooner i can work it in. It states a 0.5 psi drop?

I wonder if ZCentre, Japspeed, Godspeeed and various others are actually the same Chinese made product?

yes there all the same. but there well made
