Yeah I rang about that one. Apparently the guy washed it and put it in storage for a couple of years to work overseas and when he came back he went to get an mot done and discovered that both sills and I think a bit of the floor pan were rusted pretty bad but he told me he got it fixed and a new mot done but I'm still a bit apprehensive.

Sounds dodgy Derek. You would need to see it on a car lift to check it out well.

Hi, there and welcome to the club. Depending on your budget I may be able to help. I import Z's in from Japan and I will have a magnificent tt manual here in about 2 weeks max. Take a look at some of my posts and you will see some of the cars that I have had the pleasure of advertising and selling on this forum. In fact three happy members now have a new low milegage rust free Z's from me. Take a look and give me a shout if you would like to know more. Garry

Thanks mate , the white one looks awesome but I think I would prefer tt, although I've driven neither. The silver one is probably going to be out of my budget.Haven't seen black one yet, any idea on price?

The N/A white one wont be as powerful as the TT thats for sure, but its still a very quick car. as a daily driver you are going to still get the looks but with fuel economy compared to the TT. if its just for the weekends, then the TT certainly fits the bill. The black one is still in the garage being calmed down!!. It was a drift car in Japan and as such is race tuned to the max!! I was intending to get it checked when finished to see exactly what the BHP is. It came with the fiercest racing clutch you could imagine, so I have has the following done to it. New track rod ends, a complete new set of tyres, and a new complete clutch set. it also needs a little paint to one side where the original has started to look like orange peel. I am probably not going to get back what I have paid out on this one, but I absolutely refuse to let a car go that I would not be happy to own myself. If you want something that will rip your face off then this may well be the one. I will let you know soon what I can let it go for

It does look like a version R though, which makes it the highest performance spec (aside from the engine which is unchanged).

Wait for a good TT dude - I don't think the NAs are all that quick, they're 'adequate'. If you're going from a Supra TT to a 300zx NA, then you'll be pretty underwhelmed with the performance.

There's nothing wrong with the NA (I have one that I use in the US), but I think you'll be expecting rather a lot more than it will be able to deliver.

The market is also TT biased, so should you ever want to sell, you'll find it easier - get a manual also.

Thanks for the update mate, I'll wait and see what happens once you have more info,, unless I am lucky enough to get fixed up before that.

Hi and welcome to the club Derek.....

Thanks for the welcome and advice guys, probably hold out for a tt.

Just wanted to post an update on the white NA. I received the car earlier today and as promised sent the pictures to Derek who had expressed an interest way back. I am delighted to announce that Derek loves the car and has decided to buy it, so it is now sold. Here are a few of the pictures that Derek receivedDSC02270.jpg

A big thanks to Garry for finding this quality Zed, can't wait to get behind the wheel of a Zed32 after 15 years.

You got a great example Derek it looks so nice. You will be able to pm the full details for your Membership Pack now mate. Also like to say its nice to see Gazwoz bringing in these fine imports into the UK and to the club.:thumbup1:

Cheers, been looking for a while as you know, tempted a couple of times but after reading of Garry's feed back I decided to wait, so glad I did, won't have the car for a week or so. I'll up date the details soon.
